In the upper levels of the school´s building there are 8 apartments offering one or two double rooms.
In each one, tenants share a bathroom, a living room and a full equipped kitchen.
Tenants must bring their own bed linen although that may be also rented from the residence.
Every apartment is cleaned at least twice a week. Next to the reception there is a laundry service including both washing machine and drier, available for all tenants.
The building also has free Internet connection ,with no extra expenses.
Light and water expenses need to be paid separately. The bill is shared among all tenants staying in the same apartment.
On arrival every tenant is charged a 50€ per bed deposit in case of damages in the apartment or light and water expenses non-payment.
This money is refunded when leaving the apartment as soon as the conditions of the facilities are checked.
For those students who do not want to use the kitchen in the apartment, the school will help them find places to share meals with natives at cheap prices. Other Accommodations
